1. Where is your company?

Our company is located in Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. It takes 20 minutes to drive from Xiaoshan International Airport.

2.  Do you retail LED mirrors？

Sorry, as a professional exporter, we do not do retail.

Because mirrors are fragile, and single-piece mirrors easily break when transported over long distances. In addition, the transportation cost is usually many times higher than the value of the mirror. Overall, it is more expensive than buying it in the local market.

3. What is your MOQ for LED mirrors?

Our MOQ is 20ft per order, 100 pcs/model. It could hold 500-800pcs LED bathroom cabinet mirrors. Due to different packaging methods, the quantity that can be loaded in a container is also different.

4. We see there are many designs for your products, can I mix them in one container?

Sure, you can choose different sizes of LED bathroom mirrors, different shapes of mirrors, and different lighting system vanity mirrors to mix.

5. What is your payment term for an LED mirror order?

T/T, 30% deposit, and the 70% balance paid up the copy of BL.

6. What is your delivery time for the LED mirrors order?

20ft container: 30-35 days after receiving the 30% deposit. 40HQ container: 40-45 days after receiving the 30% deposit.Sample: 7 working days after confirmed order.

7. Could I have a mirror sample?

Yes, you can get a mirror sample, sample free but freight collection is. Note that no more than 2 samples are taken at a time.

8. We have a special requirement for LED mirrors for the project, can you customize it?

Sure, we have a dedicated design team that offers customized services, such as helping you make drawings and select styles. Make sure the mirrors work best with your hotel project.

9. How long is your after-sales guarantee for LED mirrors?

Lifetime warranty– our mirror, no matter how long it has been sold, we will be responsible for it.
